Gift Card Policy: Important Information
To our valued guests,

Since taking ownership in November 2024, we have done our best to honor the community by offering a 50% buy-back on gift cards from previous owners. As we have now been your "new owners" for over a year, this buy-back program has officially ended.

To clear up any confusion, here is our current policy:

White Matteo's Gift Cards: These are our current cards and remain fully valid.

Green & Black Gift Cards: These were issued by previous owners (up to 9 years ago). We are no longer accepting or offering buy-backs for these cards.

Q: What is Tuesday Together: Unplugged at Matteo's?
A: We believe that some of the best memories are made around the dinner table. Tuesday Together: Unplugged is our invitation for families to put away the technology, slow down, and truly connect.
In the spirit of togetherness, we serve our meals family-style. Upon arrival, you’ll find an order form at your table—simply select your favorite salad, then customize your own pasta creation by choosing your preferred noodle, sauce, and protein. To top off the evening, everyone gets to build their own sweet treat with a choice of cannoli or ice cream and a variety of fun toppings.
To keep the conversation flowing, we provide an array of board games, card games, coloring pages, matchbox cars, and engaging conversation starters. It’s the perfect setting to unplug from the world and plug back into each other.

Note: To keep our family business sustainable, we offer up to two children eating free per one paying adult. We kindly ask that you be honest regarding the age of your children so we can continue offering this community favorite.
