Course 2 – Rivetti Massimo Nebbiolo paried with Porto Bellini Mushrooms stuffed with Italian Sausage with Nebbiolo Sauce
Course 3 – Rivetti Massimo Barbera D”Alba paired with Barbera Orchiette (pasta) with Putenesca sauce with green olives, asparagus and Barbera wine.
Course 4 – Rivetti Massimo Barbaresco Riserva Serraboell paired with Osso Buco over risotto.
