Memorial School in Brunswick was conducting their parent teachers meetings on Tuesday, November 4. The teachers were looking for a restaurant to bring in lunch.
Some of the teachers had been at Matteo’s Casual Italian Restaurant in the Grand Pacific Junction of Olmsted Falls, and inquired about them providing lunch for about 25 teachers at 2:30 in the afternoon. They loved the food and thought it would be great for the teachers to be able to get together and enjoy a nice lunch before the parent conferences.
Matteo’s general manager Lance Miner was delighted to have the opportunity to provide the Brunswick teachers lunch and even offered to deliver the food to the school.
The teachers “love” Matteo’s Lemon Chicken so they ordered a full tray along with some fresh veggies. They also ordered a tray of pasta with Chef Tony’s homemade marinara sauce. They also asked Lance if he could bring some of Matteo’s great bread and dipping sauce.
Matteo’s provided all of the food, the bread and dipping sauce, and delivery for the great price of only $10 per person and delivered it right on time.
One of the teachers called Matteo’s and couldn’t thank Lance enough for the service. And she wanted to make sure that Lance told Chef Tony that once again the Lemon Chicken was fabulous.
